Word of Mouth Marketing
Why is Word of Mouth so Powerful? Word-of-mouth is credible because a person puts their reputation on the line every time they make a recommendation. And that person has nothing to gain but the appreciation of those who are listening. As your Keynote Speaker, Mark will really get your creative juices flowing on how you can apply these concepts to our own business and dramatically increase revenue. Word of Mouth is triggered when a customer experiences something far beyond what was expected. Slightly exceeding their expectations just won’t do it. All of your customers have expectations, even if they are not conscious of them. This is why you should designate a percentage of your marketing budget to purchase word-of-mouth. Physical, nonverbal statements are the most dependable in triggering word-of-mouth. These statements can be Humorous, Architectural, Kinetic, or Generous, but they must go far beyond the boundaries of what is normal. If you don’t want to be average, why do you insist on being normal?
